The award recognises exemplary individuals leading mega businesses for a decade or more with the right attitude towards the business and the determination and grit to achieve success.

“We are committed to deliver the exceptional ‘Starbucks Experience’ to our customers. We would never have been able to do this without the dedication of our partners (employees) who work together with us as a team and family. Our partners are our biggest assets and we take pride in taking care of them, making them an integral part of the company. It is truly an honour to be recognised for our hard work and we will continue to deliver and uphold our Starbucks Mission; to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup, and one neighbourhood at a time,” said Quays.
