From Seed to Cup — Exciting Coffee Video

Boutique Coffee Company, Coperaco, launches "Every Cup is a Journey" campaign with release of inspirational video

March 27, New York, NY — Coperaco, a New York based boutique coffee company has today released the first in a series of videos which shows the journey of their coffee bean from seed to cup. The "Every Cup is a Journey" campaign (#everycupisajourney) gives an insight into the roasting process for premium coffee — with a focus on community. For Coperaco, the journey for the perfect coffee bean is built on a foundation of good relationships with farmers and local communities. The team at Coperaco keep one foot in the farm and one hand in the kitchen to ensure they produce the perfect cup of coffee. The "Every Cup is a Journey" campaign is a tribute to all Coperaco's partners, clients and green coffee producers who took part in the journey.

The first installation of these videos can be seen here:

“My relationship with fruit started at small farm in the south of France with its ever-changing seasonal colors still vivid in my mind. From the selection of fresh ingredients, to the art of roasting; from an excellent service to the aromas and flavors of a perfect cup of coffee, I describe Coperaco as the result of a wonderful journey,”Johan Pesenti, Founder of Coperaco commented. “Every cup of coffee is only possible after of a long meticulous process. We hope that with each cup, we bring you along a personal journey, with aromas and favors from nearby places and far flung corners of the world. As we like to say, every cup is a journey."

Coperaco currently serves its journey in a cup in collaboration with respected partners such as St. Regis, Barclay Hotel, Alain Ducasse, Guy Savoy, WeWork, Maison Kayser, Laduree, Greecologies, Il Buco and many others. Coperaco partners with top chefs and culinary institutions around the world, as well as with artisans they meet on their journey, who enrich the industry with one of a kind products, such as Galtiè Ceramics, with whom they create hand crafted coffee cups in St Quentin, Provence, France.
