With the Pentair Everpure Conserv HE-3 High Efficiency Reverse Osmosis System, operators can now monitor water quality remotely and receive real-time performance feedback.

The Everpure Conserv HE-3 is a reverse osmosis (RO) powerhouse that boasts a surprisingly small footprint. This high-efficiency system features a square, nonpressurized tank and is expandable and configurable for multiple foodservice applications, which it can handle simultaneously. These include making ice; batch, pour-over, and espresso coffees; iced tea and drinking water. Other applications include steam cooking. Thanks to its effortless expandability, the Everpure Conserv HE-3 System can continue to grow with the business.

Smart Solutions Put Operators in Control

As the first Pentair foodservice RO system to use remote monitoring technology, the Everpure Conserv HE-3’s built-in sensors provide real-time data that is accessible through an internet connection. This enables users to view performance information and receive alerts regarding total dissolved solids (TDS) levels, water usage, cartridge life and more. This information allows for proactive adjustments to critical water and system changes, potentially saving the business time and money.

 Consistent water quality leads to greater confidence—With remote monitoring, operators can make informed and proactive decisions to help keep their businesses running smoothly. The system also incorporates a bacteriostatic pretreatment that inhibits bacterial growth in filters.
 Ability to create a quality ingredient consistently—Starting from an RO water base allows users to create a water recipe that will deliver the perfect result each time. As a template solution, it can be easily replicated for other locations in the chain.
 Saves water and reduces energy costs–-Thanks to the high-efficiency RO membrane, the system recovers up to 74 percent of inbound feedwater as usable permeate. Conventional RO membranes recover only 10-25 percent of inbound feedwater, with remaining as waste to drain.
 Saves space and reduces waste—The system’s innovative atmospheric tank design minimizes space and doesn’t store energy or pressure.
 Expands to accommodate growth—Users are able to increase production from a 440 gallon per day capacity plus blend, to 880 gallons per day plus blend, just by adding a second membrane and post-filter. This is something no other system currently does as easily. The additional capacity easily accommodates multiple consumption points.
 Protects investments in equipment—With the improved ability to monitor and maintain water quality consistency, the impact of scale buildup and corrosion can be diminished.
 Offers quality expected of a leader—The Everpure Conserv HE-3 carries robust third-party certifications, including NSF Standards 53, 58, 42, and UL listing.
