Caffe Nero has worked with long standing partners, Beyond the Bean, to develop a cold foam for its Iced Cappuccino as part of its new innovative summer drinks menu. Along with the Iced Cappuccino, the range also includes the new Espresso&Tonic drink.
To ensure the foam provides the same premium taste and appearance as the rest of Caffè Nero’s coffee, Beyond the Bean teamed up with Blendtec to develop a new aerating blender jar which makes the silky cold foam in just 18 seconds.

We challenged Beyond the Bean and Blendtec to create a premium cold foam product which not only met our product quality standards, but also supported our programme to further reduce sugar and calorie levels in our drinks range. The speed of their response and their understanding of the experience we wanted to create for our customers was impressive, and the Blendtec Blender is now a key piece of equipment in our stores.”
The new Iced Cappuccino and full summer drinks menu is available now across all Caffè Nero stores in the UK.
