Just Love Coffee, a Middle Tennessee favorite, announced plans to expand the brand nationally Wednesday.
The coffee shop, founded in Murfreesboro 10 years ago, has inked 30 franchise deals in nine states already with plans to add another 36 locations nationally. The brand began franchising in 2018 and hopes to expand to a couple hundred shops in the next five years, founder Rob Webb said.
The brand is expanding to Florida, Minnesota, Kentucky, Alabama, Texas, Georgia and Ohio.
Just Love found its success by occupying “a unique spot in the coffee market,” one where customers get high-brow coffee in a comfortable experience, Webb said.
When the brand first launched in Murfreesboro, they had to learn how to present specialty coffee to patrons, as that type of coffee house hadn’t existed before in town.
