Post-‘Donuts’, Dunkin’ Pivots To Espresso, High-Tech Ordering


Your neighborhood Dunkin’ may not be the first place you think to go for a latte. But as part of a brand revamp, company executives are hoping to change that.

Dunkin’ Brands (Nasdaq: DNKN), the parent company of Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins, is now going all-in on beverages after dropping the “Donuts” from the chain’s name. The company unveiled a slew of new products and retail offerings during a media event at its Canton headquarters on Tuesday, underscoring how Dunkin’ is tweaking its focus in hopes of drawing in younger customers.
