The 25,000 square foot facility includes a new 2,000 square foot showroom, plus an expert service department that provides 24 to 48 hour turnaround for servicing Jura machines. Consumers and retailers are invited to visit the Jura Hospitality Center for a true bean-to-cup experience, sampling the best in espresso-based beverages from the 11 different Jura models on display.

“The Jura brand has always been identified with our commitment to the utmost in quality and our highly trained U.S.-based customer service,” said David Shull, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Jura Capresso, at the ribbon cutting ceremony. “We are proud to be adding a beautiful new Hospitality Center that showcases our service and support, and will also serve as a venue for future trainings and Jura events.”

This is one of 14 Jura Hospitality Centers worldwide, all united by exacting quality standards and training emanating from the corporate headquarters in Switzerland. The new U.S. center is an expansion of a Jura service facility that has been operating for over 15 years. With the addition of more space and equipment to speed up service, and the addition of the new showroom, the Jura Hospitality Center now welcomes consumers and retailers to the future of coffee.

The Jura Service Center, at 134 Shellyland Road, Manheim PA 17545, is open Mondays through Saturdays (7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with extended hours until 5:30 p.m. on Wednesdays and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays). Free parking is available.
