Kara Miencier, sales executive at Paramount Coffee, has been named to the Women Impacting Storebrand Excellence (WISE) Board of Directors, a national non-profit professional development organization founded by women to champion the power of diversity and inclusion within the store brands industry. She will aid in the organization’s mission to foster diverse collaboration and provide leadership that drives the success of the store brands industry.
Miencier joined Paramount as a sales intern and was promoted to the sales executive team in 2014. Her primary focus is establishing new private label business and growing key private label accounts. Miencier graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in communication. She also completed the St. Joseph University Private Label Manufacturers Association Executive Education course.
Miencier, who joined WISE in 2014 and serves on its events committee, is proud to serve the organization that works toward diversification in its field.
