GEA Procomac will launch the second edition of Inside Aseptic (in English) at drinktec 2013 in Munich. The publication is being eagerly awaited by the company’s customers, students, and industry professionals as it provides a unique insight into the world of aseptic bottling and describes both current technology and speculates on what the future might hold for this relatively young industry.
Aseptic bottling has only been an accepted technique for around 20 years and so the technology is rapidly developing as new opportunities arise. Inside Aseptic, from GEA Procomac has become recognised as an authoritative publication that rises above commercial promotion to provide readers with information, knowledge and inspiration to help them understand the processes involved and the opportunities for aseptic processing within their own field of operation.
Subjects tackled within the pages of Inside Aseptic include: aseptic blow filling, the future of sustainability, filling trends, cap sealing techniques, plant productivity improvement through Total Productive Maintenance, FDA insights and electronic validation, and very much more.
Silvia Armanetti, marketing manager for GEA Procomac said that the first edition of Inside Aseptic had been so well received it was an easy decision to publish it again with new stories and expert opinion targeted to the current needs of the industry. “We published the first edition in 2009 and 5.000 copies in English have been distributed in this 5 years. Readers appreciated the information, advice and insight it contained. The text has also been translated in Chinese, French and Portuguese.”
Inside Aseptic 2nd edition will be available, free, in English only, on the GEA Procomac stand at drinktec 2013, from 16-20 September, hall A4 – stand 314. The stand will also present the latest technologies for Aseptic filling, caps sterilization, condition-based maintenance and palletisation.
