Dallas Coffee Brand Brews Up Technology With Houston Office Campus Debut

Common Desk, a Dallas-based coworking and hospitality company, plans to open a branch of its Fiction Coffee brand in the lobby of the 1400 Post Oak Blvd. office building in early March.

The craft coffee shop, operating in about 700 square feet, will be a new amenity for tenants in Four Oaks Place, a multi-tenant office campus totaling 2.3 million square feet in the Uptown/Galleria area. Four Oaks Place is owned by a joint venture of Allianz and Nuveen Real Estate and leased and managed by Transwestern.

Common Desk will also roll out a tenant experience app that will enable tenants to place Fiction Coffee orders, reserve conference rooms around the campus, and RSVP to tenant events and programs.
