Tell us: have you kicked the takeaway sandwich and coffee habit?
After more than a year of lockdowns, furloughs, and working from home, the thought of picking up a coffee and a sandwich on the way to work, with occasional top-ups during the day, seems like a distant memory. Does it, or does it not?
As the lockdown eases, some of us are already frequenting Pret, Starbucks, Greggs, and our neighbourhood independent café. Others, on the other hand, have realised how much they used to spend and sworn to never do it again.
What part of the spectrum do you belong to? And why is that? What are you going to do with the money now that you’ve stopped spending? What do you receive for your money if you decide to splurge again?
