Kinder Coffee Lab makes plans to open coffee shop, drive-thru
ST. CLOUD, Minn. — In the next months, a local coffee roaster plans to expand its services to include a drive-thru coffee shop.
Kinder Coffee Lab roasts beans and distributes them through its own postal subscription service at 203 Cooper Ave. N. Because of the epidemic, the proprietors decided to change their original intention of opening a coffee shop in St. Cloud.
“People were at the coffee roasting delivery service,” Guy Magno remarked. “People were at home, so if we want to bring coffee to them, we should meet them there. However, people are starting to move again, and we’re preparing to open our coffee shop.”
Kinder Coffee Lab was started by locals Taylor Feero, Magno, and Ryan Schoepf.
According to Magno, Kinder will expand its footprint inside the building (owned by Youth for Christ), and the coffee shop will be moved to the south-east corner.
“We’re incredibly excited for the ways that having a brick-and-mortar business will allow us to be even more connected in our community,” Magno said.
