New Beer & Coffee Hybrid Concept Coming to Central Ohio
Central Ohio’s newest brewery, Standardized Brewing Company, will open in Spring 2024 at 5920 Evans Farm Dr., Suite A, Lewis Center, OH. The new space will serve as a community hub for neighbors in Evans Farm, offering comfortable seating, food trucks, and a work-from-home space. The cafe will serve One Line Coffee roasted espresso drinks, home-made house syrups, Der Dutchman donuts, seasonal pies, and breakfast sandwiches. By night, the space will transform into a lively atmosphere focused on beer and family fun. The co-owners, Jason Kissel, Mark Robinson, Amy Robinson, Justyn Shye, and Roni Shye, started brewing together after moving to Evans Farm and discovering their neighbors were big into coffee. They plan to make their own beer onsite, using Jason’s expertise as a master brewer and a consultant. They will offer 6-8 signature beers on draft, fermenters, and seasonal options. The brewery aims to bring people from different backgrounds and communities to the same table, focusing on hand-crafted beer and locally roasted coffee.
