Turn Capital Acquires Thai Business Flash Coffee

Turn Capital has acquired Thailand’s Flash Coffee, a Singapore-based tech-enabled coffee chain. The deal is not disclosed, but Turn Capital plans to open over 100 new stores in the next two years to expand the chain’s presence in Thailand. Flash Coffee, established in 2020, operates over 200 stores across Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and South Korea. The company’s managing director, Vincent Hosman, said Turn Capital would help spearhead expansion efforts, fortify the team, diversify drinks and food offerings, and continue opening new stores. Flash Coffee raised $50m in a Series B financing round led by White Star Capital in May, with investors such as Delivery Hero, Geschwister Oetker, and Conny & Co participating. The future looks bright for Flash Coffee Thailand.
