University seeks participants for paid coffee study

The University of Arkansas Sensory Science Center is looking for volunteers to take part in a compensated coffee study.

The research project is an experiment in which ground coffee products are auctioned. Participants will be asked to conduct experimental auctions and evaluate two different types of brewed coffee samples.

The study will consist of one or two sessions, depending on the outcome of the first. According to the project website, the first session will last approximately 30 minutes, and those invited to the second session should anticipate it will last approximately 10 minutes.

Participants will receive up to a $20 Amazon gift card and the chance to win a 12 oz. bag of coffee.
