Boulders & Brews climbing gym, coffee shop and bar to open in Fayetteville

In the near future, a new location for rock climbing and coffee or beer will open in Fayetteville.

Boulders & Brews is currently being constructed at 612 W Dickson St., the former location of Clubhaus Fitness.

Locals Tres Jennings and Jason Lam conceived the idea in order to establish a rock climbing facility “for climbers, by climbers.”

The following is an excerpt from the IndieGoGo page announcing the project:

Boulders and Brews will be an all-inclusive bouldering gym located in Northwest Arkansas. As founders, Tres Jennings and Jason Lam share a common goal: to establish a premier indoor rock climbing facility that embodies the climbing culture and welcomes new climbers. Our mission is to grow the climbing community in Northwest Arkansas and help climbers of all abilities improve!

According to the website, the new climbing gym will feature between 3,000 and 4,000 square feet of climbing wall space, in addition to a training room and a cafe.

The climbing section will feature slabs, vertical faces, and overhangs, as well as a spray board and Kilter board training area, according to the owners.
