Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have made an undisclosed amount of investment into Super Coffee, a New York City-based coffee company.
Lopez and Rodriguez have become minority owners in Kitu Life Inc., the maker of Super Coffee. According to the company, Super Coffee, founded by Jordan, Jake, and Jim DeCicco, is now valued at over $240 million.
The DeCicco brothers say Super Coffee is the third largest bottled coffee in the country behind only the Starbucks Frappuccino and the Dunkin’ bottled coffee.
Super Coffee, which has 90 employees, is distributed nationally by Anheuser Busch and earlier this year, Rodriguez was named chairman of Anheuser-Busch’s Presidente Beer.
