Custom Workshops and a Blackboard Machine at Dalla Corte’s ‘Factory-Booth’

Hand-made machines
Care for every detail is what most characterizes the design and manufacture of Dalla Corte’s machines: this is what the plant portion present at the booth intends to show. Artisans will assemble Dalla Corte’s super mini espresso machines – small, yet high-performing machines that are based on the same technology as the other, bigger machines. This way, Dalla Corte will have the chance to confirm its transparency and visitors will be able to see the extremely simple structure and careful manufacture of these functional, long lasting and easy to maintain machines. The specimens manufactured at the exhibition will be put on sale immediately.
evo2 Blackboard edition – the creative machine
After its success at Hostelco 2014, evo2 espresso machine is now available in a Blackboard version, with an innovative, creative cover that catches the eye.
In 2001, Dalla Corte launched Evolution, its first independent boiler machine. Last year, the original model was accurately restyled and the new model has now become a new benchmark in the sector for its top quality standards, extreme reliability and intuitive usability.
The new evo2 model comes in an “all color” version, with a body that is completely coloured and specially treated to be used as a chalkboard, where the coffee shop’s logo, a creative picture or a personal message can be sketched.
It is available in 2-, 3- and 4-group versions and boasts an excellent thermal stability – precise down to one tenth of a Celsius degree – due to its independent brewing groups and steam boiler.
evo2 can also dialogue with dc one coffee grinder and adjust coffee grind and dose automatically, in case the pre-set parameters are not met, thus guaranteeing the production of constantly perfect espressos.
Just like in all Dalla Corte machines, the parts of evo2 that come into contact with water are made of a new material that does not release heavy substances (such as lead, nickel and chromium), in compliance with the new criteria established by the U.S. F.D.A. (Food and Drug Administration).
Safety is a must for Dalla Corte. That is why the new brass alloy parts are used not only in the machines destined to the U.S.A., but in all the devices manufactured at the plant in Baranzate (Milan, Italy). The Company’s compliance with these stricter rules and regulations (which are currently compulsory in the U.S.A. only) confirms its great care for the final consumer and its pioneer role in research.
