Interest and admiration at Ho.Re.Ca. in Athens for the Aurelia II T3 technology produced by the Italian company.

Belforte del Chienti, 2013 February, 20th. Thirteen thousand coffees, more than three thousand espressos a day. A true test of quality and “resistance”, brilliantly overcome, for the three Nuova Simonelli Aurelia II T3 espresso machines that worked tirelessly for four days at the Athens Metropolitan Expo, during Ho.Re. Ca, an annual exhibition of the hospitality and catering industry. One of the three machines was used by an exceptional barista: Gwilym Davies, 2009 World Champion in Atlanta. To be served a cup of coffee by him the three hundred square meters booth set up by the Nuova Simonelli importer and distributor in Greece, Karoulias, was stormed by operators and the public, for the entire duration of the event.
At the event, during the second week of February in the Greek capital, the Italian company exhibited its modern T3 technology, along with other new products, to operators from the Hellenic peninsula and the Balkans. Every day, in the exhibition space, Nuova Simonelli engineers presented the features of the new Aurelia T3 machine in detail. This machine was already appreciated during January at the Italian and French barista championships, held in Rimini and Lyon. The same machine will be the official technical support for all participants at the world championships scheduled for next May in Melbourne, Australia.
