Dona Chai’s artisanal brewing process begins and ends in Brooklyn, with whole spices that are ground fresh for each chai tea concentrate batch to maximize flavor, depth, and purity. Every cup has notes of each flavor: fresh ginger, cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, and organic, loose-leaf black tea.
