- Roast/ package coffee
- Record roast data
- Quality Control
- Create new blends/roast profiles
- Regular cupping of coffees
- Inventory management
- Work on various roasters
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in the coffee industry
- General coffee knowledge
- Some experience roasting specialty coffee
Work Environment:
- Standing
- Heavy lifting
- Non climate controlled environment
