The Tech Toolbox: Tools + Tips for 2013.

Louisville, KY (March 6, 2013) – The Society for Foodservice Management (SFM), will host its Critical Issues Conference at The TimesCenter in New York City on April 26, 2013.
SFM members and the media are invited to join the leaders of the onsite foodservice industry for an information-packed one-day conference. Participants will gain valuable insights into the future of corporate dining technology with sessions on creating a social media strategy, workplace solutions for customer engagement and managing data streams.
Highlights of the Critical Issues Conference include roundtables and a facility tour focused exclusively on liaisons and self operators, educational programs, exhibits and a reception. Sessions will focus on an array of topics focused on foodservice technology, including social media strategies, consumer engagement, digital promotions, data streams and metrics.
“This is a rare chance to learn from some of the industry’s most informed tech leaders,” says SFM President Mark Freeman. “Attendees will take away tools they can immediately implement in their organizations. There’s no better place to explore how data, technology and metrics work together to drive a successful foodservice operation.”
