Aurelia Ii T3 World Tour Stops In South Africa.
Belforte del Chienti (MC), March 14, 2013 – baristas who visit the Nuova Simonelli exhibition space at Hostex Gauteng Johannesburg from 17 to 20 March will find a pleasant surprise. Not only will they have the opportunity to learn, through formal presentations, about the T3 system that the Italian company has introduced into professional espresso coffee machines, but they can become personally aware of how this system achieves excellent results under new benchmark standards of accuracy in the temperature of water supply.
In Hall 2 at the Sandton Convention Centre Nuova Simonelli will be exhibiting a range of espresso coffee machines at Stand C30. Next to it Alexander Morrico’s Showroom Service Center, the importer in South Africa, at stand C34, will offer machines that are free to use by baristas, who can test first hand the performance reliability of the various models.
One of the available machines will be the Aurelia II T3, the espresso machine dedicated to more demanding professional baristas. It can provide even more advanced benefits in terms of precision, quality and extraction, flexibility and repeatability of the results. The Aurelia II T3 will be endorsed by the 2009 world champion barista, Scottish Gwilym Davies who will be at the Nuova Simonelli’s space for the whole exhibition.
T3 allows baristas to set, with maximum flexibility, the outlet temperature of each group, using three different parameters (water, group, steam). The electronics of the machine does the rest.
The result is unparalled accuracy, irrespective of the work load and the environmental conditions in which Aurelia II T3 is operating.
Do not forget that this Nuova Siimonelli machine will be the operational tool with which champion baristas from many countries will compete in the month of May, in Melbourne, for the title of world champion at the World Barista Championship 2013.
