Nobletree Coffee Opens First Shop
Nobletree proudly introduces the opening of its first coffee shop in the World Trade Center in Downtown Manhattan on April 4, 2017. Nobletree owns and operates two Cup of Excellence award-winning farms and two milling operations in Brazil, as well as a dedicated roaster in Red Hook, Brooklyn. As custodians of the coffee from start to finish, the first retail location is the final step in the journey.
Nobletree’s flagship coffee shop will roast beans on premise, making it the most visible roaster in the city. A sleek coffee bar design focuses on brewing methods that are more visible to guests including a Modbar and a pour-over station adjacent to taps for cold brew and other kegged beverages. Glass walls give passersby a full glimpse into the bright space featuring refurbished wood fixtures. Primarily catering to guests coming in for a grab-and-go coffee, the location will also include several seats in front of the pour-over station. The shop will offer an assortment of baked goods, savory bites, and pastries, including items such as Pão de Queijo (PDQ-Brazilian Cheese Bread), Zucchini Walnut Loaf, and an Arugula Strawberry Salad from Padoca Bakery.
Nobletree’s flagship Dromedaire Cuvée and Reverence Espresso from the Brazilian farms will be mainstays of the café menu of Lattes, Cappuccinos, Macchiatos, and Mochas along with Cold Brew on tap. The company’s portfolio of whole beans will be available for purchase onsite, featuring coffee from the Cup-of-Excellence winning farms and a rotating selection of single origin coffees responsibly sourced from around the world. Nobletree’s Cold Brew Coffee, packaged in an elegant 1.5L Astropaq® Pouch, will also be available to grab-and-go.
The Nobletree coffee shop is located at 4 World Trade Center, Balcony Level C1, just below Eataly. Guests can use the Cortlandt or Liberty Street entrance and descend the elevator to the corner unit. More transportation information is available here.
Nobletree will open from 6AM-9PM Monday through Friday, and from 8AM-9PM on Saturday and Sunday.
