On April 22nd, Ritual Coffee Roasters will unveil its new look. New colors and typefaces will be used to better reflect Ritual in 2016. But don’t worry, the iconic cup and star isn’t going anywhere. Ritual’s new branding reflects a changed industry and Ritual’s current mood. The aim is to be approachable and friendly – comfortable and having fun, not waging a war or running some members-only club.
The most visible change will be Ritual’s new 12 ounce coffee bags. The company is especially excited about them, because they work to protect the coffee, but they’re also compostable!
Don’t panic, Ritual’s not getting stodgy or going corporate. They’re still fighting the revolution on many fronts — namely how to make sure farmers get paid a living wage for the work that they do, the work that means we all get to drink great coffee.
