Counting Sheep, a new Canadian coffee company, introduces the world’s first coffee designed to be consumed after dinner. The coffee is a blend of Swiss Water® decaffeinated coffee combined with all-natural, organic, certified valerian root. The result is a rich, gourmet coffee that is certified Kosher and available in two blends: Forty Winks, and extra-strength Lights Out!
