GIANTS PLAYERS HUNTER PENCE AND DENARD SPAN TAKE A SWING AT BEING PEET’S COFFEE BARISTAS
WHO: Peet’s Coffee®, The Original Craft Coffee™, and the San Francisco Giants invite fans to join Giants players Hunter Pence and Denard Span as they make special appearances as Peet’s Coffee baristas.
WHAT: With the San Francisco Giants’ season in full swing, fans can celebrate their team pride and love for Peet’s Coffee with the 2017 Giants Clubhouse Blend coffee—a unique Latin American dark roast with spicy, lively notes that provides a long, balanced finish. Back by popular demand, the blend (available at Peet’s coffeebar locations, in grocery stores, and on Peets.com, while supplies last) is sure to be a home run among Peet’s and Giants fans. Peet’s will also donate five percent of proceeds (up to $10,000 USD) from the Giant Clubhouse Blend to the Giants Community Fund to benefit underserved youth.
In support of the 2017 Giants Clubhouse Blend, Hunter Pence and Denard Span will serve local fans their favorite Peet’s drinks. At the conclusion of each event, Peet’s will distribute two separate donations of $2,500 USD to the respective charities of the players’ choice: Giants Community Fund, on behalf of Hunter Pence, and The Denard Span Foundation, on behalf of Denard Span.
