iFill Cups™, which are pre-fillable, 100% recyclable cups for use in any K-Cup® brewer a consumer owns, will be featured by United Home Technologies, LLC at Coffee Fest 2014, May 30 – June 1 at the Cervantes Convention Center in St. Louis, MO. In addition, the company will introduce the iFill™ Dispenser and iFill Cup™ Filling Systems which give roasters an economical path of entry into the single serve market and give consumers the freedom to quickly and conveniently fill iFill Cups™ to brew their favorite brand and roast in single serve brewers.
iFill Cup™ is the core product in a family of solutions for the single serve market. What differentiates iFill Cup™ from other products is that it incorporates a larger fill chamber that can hold up to 15 g of ground coffee, allowing a consumer or roaster to add just the right amount to suit their needs. No more weak K-Cup coffee! In addition, patent pending technology extends extraction time, resulting in a more flavorful cup. They can be pre-filled and sealed, airtight to maintain maximum freshness of the coffee or tea inside and are 100% recyclable.
For roasters and businesses who desire to sell or use 2,000+ cups a day, the iFill™ Filling/Sealing/Packaging System FS3000 enables them to become their own co-packer with a minimal investment under $12,000. An existing employee can produce 1,800 cups in house within an hour so no additional employees are needed. They select the roast to pack and get their freshest coffee on shelves at its peak of freshness while saving money by eliminating shipping back and forth to a co-packer. Production speed is 30 cups per minute, hopper capacity of 25 lbs. of ground coffee, small footprint with less than 2 minute set-up time.
