Javaman Coffee announces 3-year lease agreement with Atascocita H-E-B

Javaman Coffee in Humble, TX has announced that they have entered into a 3 year agreement to lease 440 sq ft of space inside the Atascocita, TX H-E-B store #498 to construct a coffee shop that will serve the customers of H-E-B and surrounding tenants and consumers. The shop will serve freshly brewed coffee, espresso based drinks, iced brewed and cold coffee drinks, fresh roasted coffee by the pound and pastries. Once in operation the shop will be open from 6:00am through 8:00pm 7 days per week. The announcement was made by Melanie Norelli, managing member of Javaman Coffee, LLC.
This will be a satellite store to the original Javaman Coffee & Bistro at 8071 FM 1960
Rd E in Atascocita where Javaman Coffee roasts their own coffee and serves New Orleans style beignets and sweet and savory breakfast and desert crepes.
“This is a tremendous opportunity for a small batch roasting company like Javaman”, Norelli said. “To gain exposure with the most recognizable and best grocer in Texas and serve their customers on a daily basis is a privilege that we look forward to. We couldn’t be more excited.”
Javaman Coffee was formed in 2009 and leases a 3,500 sq ft space at Pinehurst Center in Atascocita.
Construction of the space at H-E-B began in June with the opening targeted for mid July
