New Innovative E-Learning for Coffee Professionals
Q Grader and Instructor Andrew Russo started the Craft Coffee Institute (CCI) after a conversation about what was missing in coffee education. He and some other individuals were lamenting, after a coffee crawl in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, that the courses available to them left them feeling confused, yearning for more, or, unfortunately, totally unfulfilled. After this conversation, Andrew set out to develop down to earth, researched, professional courses that produced happy, knowledgeable coffee aficionados.
