Guests who visit The Coffee Bar in Northern Sweden’s shopping destination Utopia Shopping will be witness to the family-owned roaster Costas of Sweden’s commitment to high quality. The company was co-founded by award-winning barista Costas Pliatsikas, who also invented the Intelligent Dosing Ring (IDR), a popular tool used by baristas worldwide.
Alpha Dominche’s Steampunk MOD 3 adorns the counter of The Coffee Bar, and its
glass brewing chambers present guests with a one-of-a-kind, theatrical brewing experience. The café invites shoppers to take a fika—a Swedish coffee break—in the gorgeous surroundings, and indulge in a high quality cup of coffee brewed to perfection every time thanks to the Steampunk’s advanced technology.
The Coffee Shop has enjoyed huge success since its opening last month, and Costas of Sweden plans to open a new concept store that combines coffee shop and roaster in the near future.
