Call for Nominations for 2015 SCAA Annual Recognition Awards
Tomorrow we will be announcing the call for nominations for the SCAA Annual Recognition Awards. We wanted to let you know about this exciting development and share this information with you in advance of our announcement. The website page is already live (link below), but this will be officially launched tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 1, and the nomination form will stop collecting on the evening of October 1st, the deadline for applications to be submitted.
For a bit of context, the SCAA Awards Committee has always solicited member input during the SCAA Recognition Awards nomination process each year. This year, in an effort to cast the widest possible net and ensure every SCAA member has the opportunity to contribute, the committee has expanded their system to use digital forms to capture as many qualified candidate nominations as possible. We will be sending this information via email to our members tomorrow.
We are calling on our members to identify exemplary coffee professional who should be recognized for their work in the coffee industry and the SCAA community by nominating them to be considered for a 2015 SCAA Recognition Award.
