Protein Pucks are a gluten free, high protein, energy packed, vegan, healthy meal replacement in the shape of a cookie.
Inland Coffee Retailers Inc. was founded in 2013 by Dave Tawney and runs three coffee shops in Spokane WA. They developed the Protein Puck from a need for a gluten free, vegan and natural food option. It sold so well in their shops they began producing it for others.
