In a collaboration with Hillside Supper Club’s culinary talent, Bay Area craft coffee café, Coffee Bar, introduces the new Orange Cardamom Coffee Sickle, available at all Coffee Bar locations (1890 Bryant, 101 Montgomery, and 433 Kearny) beginning October 2nd through beginning of November. The new fall drink with hints of sweet citrus complemented by fragrant cardamom is created in collaboration with Hillside Supper Club Chefs Tony Ferrari and Jonathan Sutton. This cold brew-driven creation is sweetened with an orange peel and cardamom simple syrup before shaken with half and half to round out the refreshing iced beverage. A portion of the Orange Cardamom Coffee Sickle’s proceeds throughout the month will to be donated to the Make-a-Wish Foundation, supporting kids with life-threatening illnesses and making “wishes” come true.
