Vibiemme, company producing professional espresso coffee machines, offers a lively program of refined coffee creations.
[wpg width=”300″ height=”200″ align=”right”]A renewed coffee menu, unusual after dinner or recipes for the sweet tooth: these are just some of the many ideas that operators and coffee lovers can find at Vibiemme stand (G64 H63, pav. 11).
This original program will be carried out with the cooperation of the Italian Barista School with its trainer Davide Cobelli and Vibiemme machines: the Replica 3 groups with multiboiler system and the Replica 3 groups Piston.
Davide Cobelli, side by side with Vibiemme for the whole event, will have a designated bar fully dedicated to its preparations. In October, 19 to 22, visitors will have the chance to look at the preparation of special drinks of the Italian Coffee Art by Italian Barista School and taste the new proposals, each defined by a specific sensory profile. The taste itinerary will start in the morning with the most traditional, Italian flavored espresso drinks and, passing through the delicious chocolate recipes in the afternoon, will end with some slightly alcoholic drinks in the happy hour. The demonstrations will be repeated several times during the day and everyone will evaluate the recipes and receive a gift to remember this sensory experience.
To prepare the different creations, Davide Cobelli will use the two versions of Vibiemme Replica machine, a well-established model, internationally appreciated.
Replica is available in different versions, according to the specific needs of use. In particular, the version with independent boilers – one for production of steam and water, the others for coffee brewing – allows a more precise control of temperatures and of each single extraction parameters.
Vibiemme was the first manufacturer able to successfully combine the thermosiphonic E61 group – a brilliant idea by Carlo Ernesto Valente, one of the founders of the company – with multiboiler technology, which always obtains resounding success due to its peculiar customized management and energy saving features.
The group VBM-E61 represents both the heart of machines and the technical know-how of the company, which reached the most advanced level of specialization regarding this kind of technology and its innovation.
During HOST, Vibiemme will offer its visitors the opportunity to test their own skills on the Replica Piston, the machine that best conveys the tradition of Italian Espresso and the necessary Barista expertise. This machine will be in operation at “Il Villaggio del Caffè”, the space organized by ALTOGA, where the most curious bartenders could come and try it.
Training and Enthusiasm
This year the company, expertly led by the Osnato family since 1985, will be at HOST with a renewed and dynamic spirit to consolidate its worldwide presence.
After the show (October, 22 to 25), Vibiemme will dedicate four days of training – in cooperation with the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (Iiac) and the Italian Espresso National Institute (Inei) – to its international network of distributors, with the aim of promoting quality and culture of the real Italian Espresso; at the same time, Vibiemme will answer with many innovative proposals to the excitement globally arising in the field of coffee.
In this perspective, Vibiemme will also participate in major events organized by the exhibition in Milan: its coffee machines will be at Il Villaggio del Caffè, where, on Sunday, Oct. 20, Vibiemme will take part to the contest Cappuccino World Record along with the most important brands in the field.
Always at Il Villaggio del Caffè, in coordination with AICAF, the company will hold two training seminars: the first focuses on different applications of the thermosiphonic group (Friday, Oct. 18 at 15.30), the second seminar describes the multiboiler technology and its features in terms of coffee extraction (Monday, Oct. 21 at 14.30).
