Also to be learnt is The Craft of The Home Barista – the latest in world of gourmet coffee at home by Ms. Tapaswini Purnesh, Director, Marketing & Operations, Classic Synergy Coffee There’s also Mr. Praveen Singh, Mumbai based Tea Sommelier, who will be enlightening on the Secrets and pleasures of Tea Tasting Including two tea tasting sessions and identifying similarities between tea, wine and coffee.
The workshops start at 11 am and are completely free to attend and ideal for wannabe chefs, culinary hobbyists and all those who are keen to learn more about the art of tea & coffee. The World Tea & Coffee Expo is also hosting over 70 Indian and International companies displaying their novel Tea & Coffee flavours and one can take a dekko before or after attending the workshops. Companies are presenting (and offering tasting too!) exotic and new-age products like Lemon tea, White tea, Green Tea, Oolong Tea, Anti-Diabetes Tea, Slimming Tea,Green Coffee, and many other such variants.
