Coca-Cola India Limited returned to the growth path in Jul- Sep 2017 with a six percent year-on-year sales volume growth despite demonetisation
and the rollout of the Goods and Services Tax. The company’s growth was also driven by its new- found focus of reducing dependence on carbonated beverages and launching new products over the past one year such as value- added water, coconut water and milk-based drinks. The company controls more than 40 percent of India’s branded beverages market.
