New McCormick Coffee Opens with Ribbon Cutting

A locally-owned business is enjoying their relocated and expanded shop today. McCormick Coffee held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday morning at it’s new location at 1222 Linden Avenue.
The store supplies bulk coffee for offices and businesses. Now the company carries an expanded retail line to also sell individual or family-sized packs, and some food items as well.
For the first time, customers can also grab a fresh cup of the locally blended brew at the store.
“I’ve always wanted a retail store, and we often had people stick their head in the door and ask if they can buy coffee here, said Anita Marcoline, President of McCormick Coffee. “Now they have that opportunity and they know that they’re welcome.”
The “Private Reserve” blend is the store’s best seller, and the cinnamon-hazelnut “Yankee Doodle” is a popular flavored winter option. The store has been supplying coffee to the Erie area for 35 years.
