Honest Coffee is about giving your coffee consumption a deliciously kinder, more conscientious route. We deliver the best priced, specialty grade, highest quality coffee you can get for the season – straight to your door.
2015 brings with it new beginnings, so we are launching Honest Coffee with the aim to focus on finding new and better ways to trade self-sustainably and redistribute to our extended Honest-community.
The idea of Honest Coffee subscriptions is to combat staleness and wastage of coffee. In its current supermarket state, coffee is sold roasted coffee over 6 months ago before it is sealed and on-sold to distributors. Honest Coffee aims to educate drinkers that the expiry dates of roasted beans are to be consumed within 3 weeks of roasting.
Honest Coffee Founder, Christophe Hascoet is a young French Surfer-cum- Philosopher-cum-Coffee Aficionado. Christophe continually found himself struggling with the coffee culture in his native country and was driven by the desire to respect coffee as a high quality, seasonal agricultural product. “I believe coffee should only be served up fresh”, says Christophe.
Honest Coffee coupled these ideas together to craft only on demand, small, targeted, seasonal portions to subscribers in biodegradable packets – ensuring freshness, quality and zero wastage.

We thread an ethical supply chain that links responsible farmers in third world countries to giving work opportunities to disadvantaged people in the community. We are proud to partner with The Wilderness Society, giving 10% of all sale proceeds to their campaigns to protect and defend nature.
