Coffee Fest Announces Improved Changes for its America’s Best Espresso Contests for 2015

Coffee Fest improves rules and criteria for its 2015 America’s Best Espresso Contests

Issaquah, WA (December 16, 2014) – Coffee Fest announced today that it has revised and improved its very successful America’s Best Espresso Contests for its 2015 year. This marks the third year for the contests, which continues to be a very exciting and well received event.

After the last show in Portland, OR, Coffee Fest re-visited the judging criteria and worked with its sponsors to continue to better improve the competition moving forward.

“Fresh from determining the first ever National Championship for both the America’s Best Coffeehouse and the America’s Best Espresso at the Coffee Fest in Portland 2014, we are excited about some of the changes we are making to the America’s Best Espresso contests for 2015. We have improved on the judging rules and we look forward to hearing how it is received in Atlanta on February 6-8, 2015 in Atlanta,” said David Heilbrunn, Coffee Show Manager.

2015 will continue to bring you the three must see Coffee Fest onsite competitions: the Latte Art Championship, DaVinci Gourmet America’s Best Coffeehouse Competition, and the Best Espresso Competition. All three competitions will be held at each venue.

Competitors, attendees and exhibitors alike have benefited from the value that each individual competition brings to Coffee Fest across the Nation.

About Coffee Fest
Coffee Fest has been celebrating coffee long before coffee was “hot.” In 1992, they gathered coffee professionals together in Seattle for their first coffee festival. After several years of hosting thriving consumer events, Coffee Fest turned its focus toward the specialty coffee, gourmet tea and alternative beverage industry bringing retailers, distributors and manufacturers together for its first retail “trade only show” in 1998. With a mission to help attendees build and refine their specialty coffee businesses, they coupled a relevant educational program with a friendly, informative, and enjoyable trade show floor creating a successful show that serves as a touchstone for many in the specialty coffee industry. Today Coffee Fest produces three trade shows annually, strategically positioned in the eastern, central and western United States.
