8th Annual World AeroPress® Championship Season is Ramping Up
Countries around the world are planning their national AeroPress championships in preparation for the 2015 World AeroPress Championship circuit. The World Championship will be held during the SCAA Event running April 9-12 in Seattle.
The buzz around the WAC has been building for years. At 2014’s event, a party-like atmosphere prevailed as attendees enjoyed the competition along with food, music, and beverages at the Turquoise Beach Club in Rimini, Italy. Shuichi Sasaki of Japan triumphed over competitors from 26 other countries.
The World AeroPress Championship, now heading into its eighth year, is a grassroots event which has grown to include dozens of national competitions worldwide. Past Championships have taken place in Rimini, Melbourne, Portland, London, Milan, and Oslo (twice).
