‘Tis the Season of Warm and Wonderful: Gloria Jean’s Welcomes the Holidays with Festive Flavors
LOS ANGELES – Gloria Jean’s Coffees is draping a cloak of comfort over the country this holiday season.
At all locations, the brand is brewing up a crave-worthy collection of merry and bright blends. From new flavors available in-store, to tasty coffee-related gifts for loved-ones and for upcoming holiday parties, Gloria Jean’s is sure to add joy to seasonal celebrations.
“We’re heating it up this winter both in our shops and in our customers’ homes,” said Martin Balcaitis, director of marketing at Gloria Jean’s Coffees. “Guests are encouraged to warm up with a signature drink in store, then spread the spirit of the season by bringing our whole beans home to enjoy later.”
Beginning the second week of November through the end of the year, Gloria Jean’s guests visiting shops will be able to enjoy a new delectable flavor, Dulce de Leche, which features notes of sweet caramel and milk. The brand is also bringing back to its shops holiday classics, Sugar Cookie (warm vanilla and white chocolate – the flavors of the classic holiday cookie) and Sleigh Ride (white chocolate and mint). All three are available as a Chiller and Latte.
The Gloria Jean’s Holiday Season Gift Giving Guide
In addition to the in-store treats, Gloria Jean’s is making the holiday gift-giving crusade easier for those seeking presents for discerning coffee lovers.
Gloria Jean’s is introducing two festive new whole bean flavors for home brew, Dulce de Leche, and Spiced Chocolate (rich chocolate with warm holiday spices). Perfect as stocking stuffers or to accompany an assortment of holiday treats, these whole bean flavored coffees offer robust aromas perfect for filling the air amid festive gatherings. Plus, the full menu of whole bean flavors also includes several returning seasonal favorites:
• Holiday Cheer – A comforting and indulgent blend of buttered rum with a hint of cinnamon
• Mocha Merriment – Liven up the holiday season with the flavor of cool mint tossed with real dark chocolate cocoa
• Christmas Morning – This non-flavored selection blends full-roasted Central and South American coffees for a rich coffee with surprisingly sweet notes
• Winter Wonderland – A delightful combination of sugar cookies topped with sweet caramel and lightly spiced with cinnamon.
Not sure which flavor to buy as a gift? Not to worry – Gloria Jean’s Coffees has introduced a line of sampler packs for the holiday season. With options of a six- or 12-pack, this sampler is perfect for your friends and family to experience all of the seasonal and classic flavors. And, don’t forget a Gloria Jean’s gift card!
Don’t let the smiles stop there – this year, Gloria Jean’s Coffee has also introduced a coloring tumbler that includes four coloring inserts and colored pencils. Kids and adults alike can enjoy the fun of coloring the tumbler’s insert before slipping it back into the mug, creating a unique gift to cherish. The tumbler is only $5 with the purchase of two pounds of beans, or a suggested retail price of $14.99 if purchased separately.
For the online shopper in us all, Gloria Jean’s Coffees will have gift baskets available for purchase at www.gloriajeans.com. The gift baskets options will be stuffed with signature coffees, mugs and snack items.
“There’s a familiar embrace that our fans connect with instantly,” said Martin Balcaitis, director of marketing for Gloria Jean’s Coffees. “Whether you stay to enjoy your drink at our home, bring it to your own home, or give the ultimate gift to any coffee lover, we’re looking forward to being part of the magic and excitement of the holidays.”
In addition to offering one of the largest varieties of flavored coffee in the nation, Gloria Jean’s roasts all of its coffees in-house, allowing the brand to offer the high-quality product to the consumer. The brand is best known for its specialty beverages such as its signature chillers, mochas and brewed coffees; however, they also specialize in sourcing coffee beans from exotic locations around the globe like Kenya, Guatemala and Ethiopia, and roasting from dark roast to medium and light. Their coffee houses also serve baked goods, including sweet breads and pastries for guests looking for a snack to accompany their brewed coffee or specialty drink.
